Giving InThe sky growled– spat crimson bolts of lightning at the ground. It was a color to match the blood pouring from my wounds. The desolate land faded into inky clouds in the distance. The span seemed to widen with every painful rise and fall of my chest. I watched soldiers rushing past me; I was nothing but a corpse for the ravens crying their lament.
